Refund policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Tay’s Goodies. If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your items.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items that arrived damaged

  • Incorrect items received

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was mine

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
